Registration includes the Saturday meal. The Dealer rate does not include access to the guest talks.

Standard Dealer Terms and Conditions

1. Care should be taken to protect stock and takings. SF Ball Ltd takes no responsibility for any losses incurred.
2. Counterfeit products (including autographs) are NOT permitted.
3. Selling autographs of guests appearing at the event is not permitted.
4. Dealer badges must be worn in a visible position at all times whilst in any access-restricted area.
5. You account must be fully paid-up before commencing trading.
6. Unless a prior arrangement is made with the hotel the dealer room opens for setting up at 9am on the Friday and the room must be cleared by midnight on the Sunday.

Terms and Conditions for Guests Signing in the Dealer Room

1. Standard dealer terms and conditions apply.
2. Official SF Ball conventions books must be signed free of charge.
3. All paid autographs should be charged at the advertised standard convention rate, and a record of sales passed to SF Ball Ltd once signings are completed.
